Through the new platform, site visitors can now access short, engaging video inductions designed specifically for their role. Whether it’s a truck driver making an inedible product delivery or tallow collection, or a contractor coming on site for maintenance work, they’ll see the exact procedures, expectations, and safety protocols that apply to them.

Accessible Anywhere — Even From the Cab of a Truck
We know that people are busy — and often on the move. That’s why the new platform is built to be mobile-friendly and easy to use, whether accessed on a phone, tablet, or computer. The website features a branded SBT Group homepage with a separate branded portal for each company. Video is a key tool for educating. Users login to create their own account, complete video viewing relevant to their visitor category, answer a series of multiple-answer questions and on successful completion, receive site entry status.
Visitors can complete their induction before they arrive, which means they come on site already informed and ready to operate safely. For us, it means less downtime, smoother check-ins, and most importantly, greater peace of mind that everyone understands the expectations.
Why We’ve Invested in This Change

By presenting information in a format that’s visual, relatable and specific, we’re helping our site drivers, contractors and visitors engage more fully with the material, improving knowledge retention so they remember what matters.
