The quality of collagen extract depends on the source of the beef and the extraction process. Our Beef Bone Collagen Extract is made from 100% New Zealand export quality beef bones. Our cattle are grass-fed, hormone free, antibiotic free and GMO free. Our collagen extract is a highly functional protein source, rich in collagen peptides and amino acids like glycine, proline and hydroxyproline.

Composition
The base ingredient for all of our food ingredients are raw meaty export quality bones available in a range of New Zealand-sourced species. We use pressure cooking to release oils and proteins from the bones, combined with other ingredients to specification to create the desired flavour. Our process can craft a range of broths, stocks, bouillons, soups, gravies and sauces.
